The current context characterized by various economic and human changes has guided research on this theme. Researchers are increasingly asking questions about mental health in the workplace, exploring and studying behavioural and psychological processes related to well-being at work. Researchers such as (Danna and Griffin (1999); Martin Seligman (2000); Keyes (2002); Thévenet (2009); Dagenais-Desmarais (2010) have made considerable contributions to this issue. The emergence of new psychosocial risks, the quest for quality of life at work has accentuated a dynamism of adaptation parallel to these changes. The COVID19 situation and its consequences further raise this question of the good of the individual forced to work remotely.
