The Scheme of Two Stage Power Module Low Surge Current Start
For the two-stage power module in the distributed power supply, in order to reduce the current of the high-frequency transformer in the starting process. In this paper, a starting scheme of minimum starting current for two-stage power supply module is studied, which consists of three-phase full control rectifier in the front stage and DC-DC converter in the back stage. The dynamic balance of the primary and secondary voltage of the transformer is realized and the inrush current is suppressed by the method of synchronous starting the former and the latter DC-DC converters. The scheme does not need extra cost, and simulation results show that the scheme can effectively eliminate the input surge of power module.
