摘要

随着中国城市化进程的加快,常住人口向高层建筑涌去。高空抛物数量明显增加,造成多起人员伤亡和财产损失事故。为此,提出了一种基于高斯混合模型(GMM)和简单在线实时跟踪(SORT)的高空抛物探测技术。首先,采用基于gmm的背景建模方法,将背景和前景从图像序列中分离出来,得到动态目标当前时刻的运动图像;对图像进行数学形态学去噪,利用SORT算法确定动态目标是否为抛物。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确地检测出高空抛物的动态目标,且具有良好的稳定性,能够有效地降低误检率。
