Case presentation: An eight-years-old female patient’s maxillary left central incisor avulsed and the avulsed tooth kept in glass contained milk and ice and replanted in 75 minutes. After 18 months there weren’t any sign and symptom of abnormality and the root continued its formation. Conclusion: Healing is further complicated by the conditions of the avulsion accident, replantation management, and patient-specific factors.
