Based on the real-time digital simulation system and dynamic simulation experiment system, the test platform of wide area measurement and control system in distribution network is built. Through the multi scene real-time digital simulation test, the state estimation, fault diagnosis and positioning, coordinated control and other advanced application control effects can be checked. 摘要

随着大规模分布式电源和电动汽车的接入,现代配电网的运行状态更加复杂多变。本文充分考虑了系统在现场运行中可能出现的各种操作场景。结合配电网广域测控系统的功能,根据实际配电网设计了测试方案,并建立了典型测试用例。计算了实际配电网的典型网络参数,建立了典型的28节点配电网仿真实例。在无人机上进行了人工短路试验,验证了仿真算例的正确性。测试结果验证了所提示例的正确性。基于实时数字仿真系统和动态仿真实验系统,搭建了配电网广域测控系统测试平台。通过多场景实时数字仿真试验,验证了状态估计、故障诊断与定位、协调控制等先进的应用控制效果。通过硬件在环测试和基于实时数字仿真的动态仿真实验,可以对配电网相量测量单元(DPMU)和配电网广域测控系统主站进行测试。
