UMA RESPOSTA BIBLIOMÉTRICA DA RELAÇÃO ENTRE A RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL CORPORATIVA E A COVID-19
This study aimed to carry out a first check on the evolution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) themes during the Covid-19 pandemic and some of its first characteristics. For this purpose, the main journals, keywords, scientific production by country and trend topics on the subject were examined. Through a mixed methodology and the application of the bibliometric review procedure, a sample composed of 162 articles indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases was analyzed. In addition, a content analysis of the ten main cited documents was carried out. As a result, it was quantitatively identified that there is a worldwide mobilization regarding research on the relationship between CSR and Covid-19, mainly focused on the areas of health, administration, social responsibility, information technology and management of quality. Qualitative analysis, on the other hand, suggests that the pandemic context has created opportunities for companies to rethink their CSR behavior. In general, the findings suggest that CSR will be the main mechanism for companies to redesign their post-pandemic strategies, in order to guarantee the physical and psychological health of the employee; reconsider workspaces; to be a mechanism for facing global socio-environmental problems; strengthen the link with stakeholders in general; facilitate negotiations in emerging countries, among other issues included in the great umbrella of sustainability.
