The data sources for calculating this indicator are generally obtained from the results of censuses and surveys which have a high level of difficulty, a relatively long time, and large costs. Therefore, another approach is needed for calculating statistical indicators using big data so that the process of calculating these indicators can be easier, faster, and cheaper. This paper will discuss the potential use of big data and the data source requirements that must be considered to produce official statistical indicator estimates.
