Current concepts related to factors that influence business processes and their application in business intelligent order management systems in retail chains for FMCG are presented. The aim of the present study is to investigate the factors that have the strongest influence on the consumption of FMCG in retail chains and to derive the values that support business-intelligent processes for automated order management to suppliers.
