The directions to improve the process of land management expertise

The work is about the improvement of methodological recommendations in the sphere of land management expertise for state and non-state expert institutions. The need for the development of uniform methods for the production of land management expertise that meets the requirements of modern legislation has been established in this paper. The main disadvantages and positive aspects of the existing and approved methods for land management expertise are highlighted here as well. The authors demonstrate necessary sequence of expert actions in the process of land expertise and the requirements for the test and graphic design of the expert's conclusion in the form similar to geodetic, land surveying and cadastral works.
