The voltage gain under different sub modes is derived, and the gain characteristics in a wide input voltage range are analyzed. At the same time, the PLECS simulation model is established to obtain the LLC working waveform, switch loss and voltage stress borne by the switch under three working modes. 摘要

在燃料电池和光伏发电中,LLC变换器的输入电压变化很大。本文提出根据不同的输入电压范围改变电压增益。通过改变LLC驱动模式,LLC变换器可以在复合三电平模式、两电平全桥模式和两电平半桥模式三种子模式之间切换。推导了不同子模下的电压增益,分析了宽输入电压范围下的增益特性。同时,建立PLECS仿真模型,得到三种工作模式下的LLC工作波形、开关损耗和开关承受的电压应力。仿真结果验证了变拓扑LLC控制方案在各工作模式下均能保持48V恒压输出。
