Mobile control and measurement systems, include hardware and software systems: the hardware control panel using STC12C5A60S2 master chip, carrying the host computer receiving module, driving wall-climbing robot to walk and coating thickness acquisition; the software system consists mainly of C # visual part of the host computer and the next bit microcontroller control program design. The system can achieve to carry corrosion detection device and the romote control module. Coating thickness measurement detection climbing robot can detect in a timely the coating thickness of the pipe wall. 摘要

随着管道完整性管理的发展,油气管道内壁涂层的检测与评价越来越受到重视。本系统是在检测管壁涂层的基础上设计的,通过控制小车搬运检测装置在管道中进行腐蚀检测。试验车采用永磁吸附设计,轮式行走无刷直流电动机驱动。移动控制和测量系统,包括硬件和软件系统:硬件控制面板采用STC12C5A60S2主控芯片,承载上位机接收模块,驱动爬壁机器人行走和涂层厚度采集;软件系统主要由上位机c#可视化部分和下位单片机控制程序设计组成。该系统可以实现携带腐蚀检测装置和遥控模块。涂层厚度测量检测攀爬机器人可以及时检测管壁的涂层厚度。对涂层厚度达不到要求的位置及时定位,涂层厚度测量检测攀爬机器人可以最大限度地减少经济损失。
