Therefore, traffic control methods using an SDN architecture for flexibly managing a network have been studied. Previous studies have proposed a traffic load balancing method by a single SDN controller. However, implementation with multiple SDN controllers has been considered to cope with scalability and redundancy. This paper model the distributed network as a flow network and defines the ratio of flow to capacity in an edge as a load factor.
