摘要

本研究旨在以工作投入为中介变量,证明对直接主管的信任与抗拒变革之间的关系。本研究为定量研究,以巴东内吉里大学各单位84名行政人员为研究对象。本研究采用目的性抽样技术。采用回归分析和Baron & Kenny法对研究数据进行分析。结果表明,对直接上级的信任对工作投入有直接影响。此外,抗拒变革是直接上级信任与工作投入之间的完美中介变量。
