In order to understand the LED bulb measurement capability of each laboratory in Taiwan, CMS/ITRI held a LED bulb interlaboratory comparison scheme. This activity can help the participants to understand the differences of their measurement capabilities compared with others and then seek the solution to improve their measurement competence. This LED bulb interlaboratory comparison scheme was carried out according to ISO/IEC 17043:2010. Percent difference |D%| was chosen as the performance statistic to indicate the measurement capabilities of participants, and the measured values of National Measurement Laboratory (NML), R.O.C. were used as the assigned values.
