摘要

为了获得更加客观、科学的电能质量模糊综合评价结果,本文提出了一种基于偏差函数和联合熵的组合加权方法来确定电能质量指标的权重,该方法使估计权重向量的理想组合与其他方法确定的组合之间的偏差最小,总体情况最小。由此,构建了权重向量组合的优化模型。最后通过算例验证了该方法的精度、可靠性和有效性。
