摘要

[目的/意义]促进高校图书馆网上资源采购经费的合理分配，提高网上资源采购的效率和科学性。[方法/过程]基于影响高校图书馆在线资源采购的相关因素，建立了高校图书馆在线资源采购决策指标体系，在此基础上引入模糊数概念，提出了模糊和准确混合信息的扩展TOPSIS多指标决策模型，并通过实证对模型进行了验证。[结果/结论]研究结果表明，本文的研究内容对促进高校图书馆网上资源采购科学化，促进高校图书馆馆藏资源的高质量发展具有积极作用
