The design used to receive data was primarily questionnaires and analyzing them using various statistics tools. The aftermath of analysis, banks have made sure that there is minimum burden on their customers. Furthermore banks have also provided various health safety guidelines to protect their employees, banks have had various negative impacts too for example the number of NPA’s has increased, slowdown in operation of business.
