Pedungan BPR. The purpose of this research was about determining role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of perceived external prestige on workplace deviant behavior. The total population in this study was 84 employees which were used as research samples because this study used the saturated sampling method. In collecting data, we used questionnaires distribution and interviews as the method.
