By combining these two fields of research, this chapter proposes ADDS: an artificial intelligence-based decision-making framework for crisis management. It proposes a decision-support framework. The development of such a framework can be beneficial for two reasons: (1) it can aid in advanced crisis preparedness, and (2) it can result in effective and productive communication during a crisis.
