Gathering information such as, required rate of a user, desired signal level, fading on each RB, and the interference level seen of each RB results in completely autonomous approach. Using fuzzy logic our proposed method determine the optimal RB assignment. Moreover, this method calculates the required power to achieve desired RB taking into account the signal quality. Therefore, the presented method potentially satisfies user rate and provides appropriate quality of service (QoS). Simulation results show that proposed method reduces average power while achieving a high sum rate for users with low computational complexity. 摘要
