Besides the many products that are created to support the learning process, this of course needs to be in line with the capabilities of its users, namely students, educators and prospective educators. The ability to operate technology is needed so that educational technology products that are created are effective, especially to meet the learning needs of the 21st century. Therefore, the researcher intends to research with the aim of analyzing the ICT ability of Mathematics Education students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in designing learning devices that involve technology as one of the dimensions of 21st Century Learning Design (CLD). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by distributing a test instrument about ICT knowledge and rating scale questionnaires. This study collects information from  result of test insrument, questionnaires and various supporting literature that can be used as a basis for research. 摘要

在这个数字革命的时代,教育正在慢慢地寻求在实施中使用技术。除了为支持学习过程而创建的许多产品之外,这当然需要与其用户(即学生、教育者和潜在教育者)的能力保持一致。要想创造出有效的教育技术产品,特别是要满足21世纪的学习需求,就需要具备操作技术的能力。因此,研究者打算研究的目的是分析苏丹阿贡蒂塔亚萨大学数学教育学生在设计学习设备时的ICT能力,这些学习设备涉及技术作为21世纪学习设计(CLD)的一个维度。本研究采用定性描述的方法,通过发放信息通信技术知识测试工具和评定量表问卷。本研究从测试仪器的结果、问卷调查和各种支持文献中收集信息,可作为研究的基础。在此基础上,发现学生的ICT能力总体上处于良好水平,但仍有技能未达到指标。
