The modified effect by high-order small perturbation method based on the fBm model is demonstrated at LGA. It is shown that the scattering results are reasonable agreement with a set of measured data at different incidence angle. Numerical results are finally used to investigate the behavior of the electromagnetic scattering with different fractal dimension at LGA.
