The parameters of the recorded signals of the simulator are given, this makes it possible to recognize various insulation defects when diagnosing power transformers under operating conditions. Simulator experiments were performed with a different set of defects. Values of parameters of acoustic control signals for various insulation defects of power transformers are obtained. Experiments of automated means of acoustic control have been made. Technical means have been developed to simulate various insulation defects in power transformers. A structural diagram of a simulator with a different set of defects has been developed.
