Adopting the idea of redundant design, starting from the hydrostatic closed system and the mechanical wet brake, the system meets the requirements of working conditions. For the problem of unstable parking brake pressure, a detailed calculation is performed, preferably an accumulator group. 摘要

为了解决橡胶轮钻机在煤矿井下行走时的制动安全问题,设计了全液压湿式制动系统,分析了其工作原理和整个系统的设计方案。采用冗余设计思想,从静压封闭系统和机械式湿制动出发,满足工况要求。针对驻车制动压力不稳定的问题,进行了详细的计算,最好采用蓄能器组。试验结果表明,整个系统驻车扭矩大,卸压稳定,行驶制动性能安全可靠,响应速度快,制动距离小于5m,满足煤矿使用要求。
