The method for assessing the reliability of fully digital subsystems of the facility level, such as: relay protection (RPA), Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA), etc. is a debatable issue. An additional factor affecting the reliability of digital systems is the impact of computer attacks, the intensity of which is growing every year.
