摘要

摘要本研究的目的是通过巴淡岛PT. PEB的工作满意度来确定组织对员工绩效的条件和绩效。研究方法采用描述性分析方法,这种类型的研究是描述性和描述性的,即本研究是描述性解释性的。本研究的人口为PT的所有行政人员,巴淡PEB为154名员工。本研究的样本为巴淡岛PT.
