The benefits and guarantees provided by labor law are considered. The examples of law enforcement practice are given where the issue of classifying certain individuals as single mothers or persons raising children without a mother is decided by the courts, taking into account all the circumstances indicating that they have fulfilled significant responsibilities for the upbringing and maintenance of the child.
