Nowadays, to meet the needs of services in the network, the future Internet is needed to be more adaptive and reactive, with respect to network conditions. Resource management and control in Software Defined Network (SDN) is one of the hot topics in the network related research area. For achieving efficient and adaptive management and control, it should consider both static as well as dynamic scenario, which require a distributed controller approach.
