摘要

研究了聚合物石蜡组成物的相变温度。建立了油类食品石蜡П-1固态结晶起始温度、结晶结束温度和六方面体H→R相转变与聚合物改性剂(低压聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、无规聚丙烯和聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯)含量的图形关系。结果表明:П-1先在H相结晶,后在r相结晶。
