In recent years, the frequent occurrence of misoperation incidents in substations has revealed that there are still many problems in the reliability of the anti-misoperation locking system. Therefore, a comprehensive and objective evaluation is of great significance for grasping the reliability level of the anti-misoperation locking system. Considering that the reliability of the system is closely related to its components, on the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the reliability of each component, this paper established a comprehensive reliability evaluation index system, the entropy weighting method is used to calculate the weight of each index, and the TOPSIS method is used to achieve comprehensive evaluation and ranking. 摘要

变电站开关操作的正确性和安全性关系到电网的安全稳定运行。近年来,变电站误操作事故频发,暴露出防误锁系统的可靠性还存在诸多问题。因此,全面、客观地评价防误锁系统的可靠性水平,对把握系统的可靠性水平具有重要意义。考虑到系统的可靠性与其各组成部分密切相关,本文在分析影响各组成部分可靠性因素的基础上,建立了综合可靠性评价指标体系,采用熵权法计算各指标的权重,并采用TOPSIS法实现综合评价和排序。最后,以3个地区9个变电站的防误操作锁定系统为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。
