农副产品物流过程影响着食品的质量安全。本文旨在对农副产品物流的关键环节进行分析，找出影响食品质量安全的原因。通过对农副产品从供给到消费全过程的研究。本文发现供应链环节、物流运作和物流信息化都影响着食品的质量安全。最后，文章从规范物流流程、完善冷链物流体系、提高信息化程度、完善物流体系等方面提出对策。关键词:质量安全;农副产品;物流;关键联合
