As a result of the ordered logistic regression analysis, it was found that perceived importance of distribution and willingness to pay additional taxes had a significant positive effect on involvement in philanthropic organizations, while, civic responsibility to help people in need had a significant negative effect on involvement in philanthropic organizations. In addition, it was found that perceived fairness of socioeconomic distribution structure had \na significant positive effect, while, perceived fairness of health and medical benefits had a significant negative effect on involvement in philanthropic organizations. This study examined the influence on philanthropic behaviors from various point of views by addressing individual's perceptions of welfare and society.
