The results showed that the elliptical section tubes are better than the circular section tubes. The maximum input energy rate, output work and thermal efficiency are achieved by using elliptical section with twist ratio of 2. 摘要

在斯特林发动机中,加热管的传热面积是影响发动机输出功率和热效率的重要因素。本文以α型斯特林发动机为研究对象。采用扭转比为2、3、4的圆截面、椭圆截面、扭椭圆截面管作为加热器设计。采用SST K-ω湍流模型的三维仿真模型,对斯特林发动机一个完整循环过程中热缸、加热管、蓄热器、冷却器和冷缸内的气流进行仿真。结果表明,椭圆截面管的性能优于圆形截面管。采用扭比为2的椭圆截面,实现了最大的输入能率、输出功和热效率。这些值分别为4245.87 W、1225.34 W和29.55%,相对于圆截面加热管分别增加了5.2%、7.47%和3.76%。
