In this paper, we used the bisecting K-means clustering algorithm based on the user’s current quality-of-service (QoS) to deploy the UABSs to cellular networks and demonstrated that its performance was superior to the traditional bisecting K-means clustering algorithm. In addition, in order to reduce the interference between the drone small cells (DSCs) and the macro cells, we investigated three frequency-domain based Inter-Cell Interference Coordination (ICIC) and analyzed their performance.
