The research is an ex-post facto. The population in this study were all students of the 2018 Administration Education Study  Program At The University Of Medan with a total 59 students. The sampling technique in this study used  a total sampling  technique with a sampleof 59 respondents. The data analysis  technique used was normality, linearity test, multicolinearity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and to test hypothesis used the T test, this test was carried  out to measure the effect partially,whle to measure the effect  simultaneously the F test was used. 摘要

本研究旨在确定时间管理和学习媒体是否对2018年棉兰州立大学学术院校学生的学业成绩有影响。这项研究是事后的。本研究的人群均为棉兰大学2018年行政教育研究项目的学生,共有59名学生。本研究的抽样技术采用全抽样技术,共有59名受访者。数据分析采用正态性、线性检验、多重共线性检验、多元回归分析、决定系数等技术,假设检验采用T检验,该检验部分测量效果,同时测量效果采用F检验。时间管理对a州立大学2018年经济管理教育研修班学生学业成绩有显著的正向影响。
