The second is the agent and interface middleware is reported to enable the real-time intercommunication with other models. 摘要

针对制造执行系统(MES)集成的智能数据采集系统对生产过程和运行数据(执行信息、零件质量、机器状态等)的实时跟踪需求,提出了一种将射频识别(RFID)和二维码技术应用于智能数据采集系统的解决方案。本文从软件设计与实现的角度,介绍了提高车间管理水平的智能数据采集系统。本文的第一个贡献是提出了一个通用的智能数据采集系统框架,该框架有助于MES的建设。二是报告代理和接口中间件,实现与其他模型的实时交互。第三,通过一个实际应用案例,描述了该系统如何提高车间管理水平,可供其他企业在启动和实施RFID解决方案时参考,以提高其制造能力和生产效率。
