The result showed that: organizational socialization had positive impact on person-organization fit; organizational socialization had positive impact on employee performance; person-organization fit had positive impact on employee performance; person-organization fit acted a partly mediator between organizational socialization and employee performance. Mediating effect of person-organization fit on the relationship between organizational socialization and employee performance
