摘要

本文以南方企业为样本,研究了组织社会化、个人-组织契合度与员工绩效之间的关系。结果表明:组织社会化对个人-组织契合度有正向影响;组织社会化对员工绩效有正向影响;人组织契合度对员工绩效有正向影响;人与组织契合在组织社会化与员工绩效之间起部分中介作用。在本文的最后,我们讨论了本研究的现实意义,以期对通过组织社会化管理和个人-组织契合管理来提高员工绩效提出一些建议。

Mediating effect of person-organization fit on the relationship between organizational socialization and employee performance
