At present, residential components and interior parts in developed countries have developed rapidly, and the interior decoration and assembly design of civil residences has also entered a relatively mature stage of development. The market share of indoor general-purpose parts is also expanding and growing steadily. The wide application of BIM technology effectively improves the efficiency and quality of the design process of assembly decoration and renovation of kitchen and bathroom spaces in existing residential spaces. Aiming at the problems in the assembly decoration of small and medium-sized residential kitchen and bathroom spaces, this paper constructs a BIM platform-based assembly of small and medium-sized residential space standardized module design and research integration system.
