摘要

在工艺过程中的加工过程中,被加工的材料以带材的形式改变其工艺性能。将带钢张力保持在规定的和预先设定的边界内,沿着加工生产线的工作气缸之间的部分会导致所需的材料伸长率,这是实现良好输出产品质量的关键因素。本文介绍了一种能控制带材伸长的连续卷筒网生产线多电机驱动系统的模型。它是基于设计的非线性数学模型的带钢,允许模拟其伸长。我们把重点放在了生产线在稳定状态下的行为上,在生产线的特定部分预先设定张力,特别是对带钢伸长的控制。
