摘要

复合结构永磁同步电机(CS-PMSM)系统是混合动力汽车(HEV)的动力总成概念。提出了六种典型的CS-PMSM拓扑结构。本文对基于径向磁通的永磁同步电机进行了综合研究。分析了磁解耦的方法。采用有限元法对其电磁性能进行了研究,得到了满意的结果。设计了冷却系统,并通过有限元和实验对其热性能进行了评价。设计了一种适用于这种机器的专用控制器。通过仿真和实验对系统进行了验证,为系统的潜在应用提供了参考。
