Finally carcass analysis was carried out for every treatment. The canola meal used in this experiment contained 14.75 µmole/g DM aromatic glucosinolates. The results obtained showed that the effects of different levels of canola meal on daily gain during the whole experimental period was not significant (p>0.01), significant difference (p 0.01). Carcass characteristics, except for liver weight, were not statistically different (p>0.01). Effect of different levels of canola meal on thyroid hormones secretion was not statistically significant (P>0.01). 摘要

本研究在伊朗北部(Golestan省)进行,旨在研究油菜粕对羔羊生长性能、胴体品质和甲状腺激素的影响。选取24只雄性阿塔贝羔羊,采用完全随机设计(CRD), 4个处理,6个重复。使用不同水平的菜籽粕(0、33、66%和100%)代替棉籽粕。分别在每个月和整个试验期内对羔羊称重,记录饲食量,计算饲效比。最后对各处理进行胴体分析。本实验中使用的菜籽粕含有14.75µmol /g DM的芳香硫代葡萄糖苷。结果表明,不同水平菜籽粕对试验全期日增重的影响不显著(p>0.01),差异极显著(p 0.01)。除肝重外,各胴体性状差异无统计学意义(p>0.01)。不同水平菜籽粕对甲状腺激素分泌的影响无统计学意义(P>0.01)。因此,建议在阿塔巴伊育肥羔羊饲粮中使用油菜籽粕,无任何问题。
