The ultrasonic power supply consist of TMS320F2812, DDS waveform generating circuit, Full-bridge inverter circuit, signal processing circuit and so on. In order to achieve frequency automatic tracking with the characteristics of high precision and fast speed, it adopted the control strategy of Integra separation PI algorithm and variable step size. Ultrasonic transducer is mainly composed of quarter wave oscillator and second order of the amplitude. Experiments show that both of the hardware and the software achieved the expect function, the ultrasonic power can achieve high precision frequency automatic tracking. 摘要

提出了一种基于DSP和DDS的新型智能超声电源,并设计了一种清创换能器。超声波电源主要由TMS320F2812、DDS波形产生电路、全桥逆变电路、信号处理电路等组成。为了实现精度高、速度快的频率自动跟踪,采用了Integra分离PI算法和变步长控制策略。超声波换能器主要由四分之一波振荡器和二阶振幅组成。实验表明,硬件和软件都达到了预期的功能,超声波电源可以实现高精度的频率自动跟踪。结果表明,所设计方法是可行的。
