Under the base of constant wide-thick plate width and different side pressing regulations, the forming rules were obtained for wide-thick plate head width reduction amount and side press amount, rounded analysis of variation of wide-thick plate head width reduction and corresponding experimental research were performed, the calculated results were very inosculated with the measured values, it indicates that the model is reality and credibility. 摘要

为分析宽厚板封头区域宽度尺寸缩减变化的形成规律,运用非线性有限元理论建立了其耦合热轧模型。在宽厚板宽度恒定和不同侧压规则的基础上,得到了宽厚板封头宽度缩窄量和侧压量的成形规律,对宽厚板封头宽度缩窄量的变化进行了圆整分析并进行了相应的实验研究,计算结果与实测值吻合较好,表明该模型是真实可信的。研究结果为控制金属轧制过程中宽厚板头缩宽提供了理论参考。
