For a long time, martial arts, table tennis and other competitive sports of China have not been known to the world as a result of the lack of a clear teacher training system. Based on the current situations, this paper studies Confucius Institute’s teacher training system, the \"local\" teacher training system, the selection of teachers, the guarantee mechanism of teachers and the evaluation of teachers, and develops a program to cultivate competitive sports teachers in Confucius Institute along \"the Belt and Road\". The Cultivation of Competitive Sports Teachers in Confucius Institute Along "the Belt and Road"
