摘要

农产品供应链由于其特有的复杂属性,其潜在风险巨大。事实上,近年来食用农产品安全事件频发,暴露了农产品供应链的脆弱性。本文详细分析了农产品供应链中可能存在的风险因素,建立了农产品供应链风险评价指标体系和评价模型,并采用BP神经网络方法进行了实证分析。结果表明,模拟评价的风险等级与目标值等级一致,风险评价模型具有良好的泛化和推广能力,模型对防范农产品供应链风险具有良好的参考价值。
