This text put forward to the algorithm of recognizing object based on short-time Fourier transform (STFT), the signal is analyzed in time-frequency domain to obtain the rolling spectrum, and then calculated threshold using Otsu arithmetic to convert to binary number, so that the object can be recognized using the algorithm of label connected components.
