A previously unimplemented version of the study of greases on the surfaces of bearing parts (bearing races of the inner and outer parts of the bearing, roller, and the separator) on a scanning electron microscope JEOLJMC-5700 is presented, besides, the X-ray phase analysis is performed. The work carried out allowed to draw conclusions about the influence of the climatic component, which affects the duration of the bearings.
