Combined with the engineering feasibility, the key structure parameters were filtrated. Then the Latin hypercube method was used to test the variable space to reconstruct the design space and optimized the structure parameter based on Surrogate Model and NSGAII. The results show that the muzzle vibration variance of optimized one has greatly reduce. 摘要

高架武器站的射击精度主要受其结构参数的影响。建立了高架武器站刚柔耦合动力学模型。分析了一些结构参数对炮口振动的敏感性。根据分析结果,选取降低炮口振动的参数方差作为目标函数。结合工程可行性,对关键结构参数进行了筛选。然后采用拉丁超立方体方法对变量空间进行测试,重构设计空间,并基于代理模型和NSGAII对结构参数进行优化。结果表明,优化后的炮口振动方差大大减小。为高架武器站的设计与优化提供参考。
