Righteousness with the offender in the Holy Qur’an (Priorities - Foundations)

Abstract: The aim of the research is to clarify the priorities and foundations of righteousness with the offender in the Holy Qur’an in terms of; The Qur’anic premises that show the necessity of good dealing and connection with the violator, and highlighting applied models of the legal rulings stipulated in the Qur’an as a positive indicator for dealing with the violator within the framework of the Qur’anic righteousness methodology. The research is from an introduction and three topics. The first dealt with: the uses of the Holy Qur’an for the meanings of righteousness and the words close to it. The second: the priorities of the field of righteousness in the Holy Quran. It included three demands for fields of righteousness; 1- In the field of faith 2- In dealings and acts of worship 3- In noble morals, and the third topic dealt with: The foundations of righteousness with the opponent in the Qur’an. For the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals. The most important of which are: the need for interpretation research to give priority to the methodology of objective interpretation as a basic reference in solving the problems of the modern era, as the Holy Qur’an contained the inclusive values that bring people together as an entry point for guidance and guidance; Through bridges of social communication, cooperation and harmony instead of rivalry and strife, with the necessity of coexistence and kindness to the violator in case of disagreement with invocation to the legal controls approved by the Holy Qur’an, the purified Sunnah and rational postulates. الملخص: هدف البحث إلى بيان أولويات وأسس البر مع المخالف في القرآن الكريم من حيث؛ المنطلقات القرآنية التي تبين ضرورة حسن التعامل والصلة مع المخالف وإبراز نماذج تطبيقية من الأحكام الشرعية التي نص عليها القرآن كمؤشر إيجابي للتعامل مع المخالف في إطار منهجية البر القرآنية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي والمتناسب مع منهجية التفسير الموضوعي، مستعينا بمصادر ومراجع أمهات التفسير المعتبرة، وتكون البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث؛ تناول الأول: استعمالات القرآن الكريم لمعاني البر والألفاظ المقاربة له. والثاني: أولويات مجال البر في القرآن الكريم. وتضمن ثلاثة مطالب لمجالات البر؛ 1-في مجال الإيمان 2- في المعاملات والعبادات 3- في مكارم الأخلاق، وتناول المبحث الثالث: أسس البر مع المخالف في القرآن، وتضمن مطلبين: 1- تأصيل القرآن لمبدأ التنوع والاختلاف في الذات الإنسانية، 2- تكريم الله تعالى للإنسان ابتداء، واستنادا للنتائج قدم الباحث جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات؛ أهمها: ضرورة تغليب بحوث التفسير لمنهجية التفسير الموضوعي كمرجعية أساس في حل مشاكل العصر الحديث، حيث أن القرآن الكريم احتوى على القيم الجامعة فيما يقرب بين البشر كمدخل للهداية والرشاد؛ عبر جسور التواصل الاجتماعي والتعاون والوئام بدلا من التناحر والخصام، مع ضرورة التعايش والبر بالمخالف في حالة الاختلاف مع الاحتكام إلى الضوابط الشرعية التي يقرها القرآن الكريم والسنة المطهرة والمسلمات العقلية.
