The abnormal heating fault of GIS are researched and summarized such as the circuit breaker, disconnector, disc insulator bolt and shell grounding, etc. The abnormal heating reason of different parts are analyzed according to the related testing data, record of diagnostic test results and disintegration, and give out the processing scheme. 摘要

为了实现气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)的安全可靠运行,结合红外热成像技术的异常发热问题和应用实践,提出了异常发热的类型、检测方法和判断依据。对GIS系统的断路器、隔离器、盘状绝缘子螺栓、外壳接地等发热异常故障进行了研究和总结。根据相关试验数据、诊断试验结果及解体记录,分析了不同零件发热异常的原因,并给出了处理方案。建立了相应的典型图谱,为GIS设备的故障原因和故障类型提供了可靠的数据。
